As a Tech lead, I drove the development and architecture of content creation experiences for the next-generation CMS platform at Salesforce. My core responsibility lied in spearheading the development of a metadata driven content authoring platform for Experience, Commerce and Marketing products. Leveraged the vast potential of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) to enable seamless integration of personalization from enabled data sources.

Worked closely with Product Management, UX team and other cross functional partners to come
up with product roadmap and vision, define expectations and KPIs for successful product launch.
Defined metrics to analyze post-launch data to continuously iterate for better future outcomes.

Cross-Cloud Salesforce Core Email Builder
Planned and developed several key components for the all new drag and drop Lightning Email Builder for Salesforce Core platform and Pardot. The builder revamps and significantly enhances the responsive email building capabilities for marketers. The entire experience is developed using Lightning Web Components.
Architected and led the cross-team initiative to integrate Salesforce CMS in Lightning Email Builder. As a result, Salesforce CMS can be used to organise and share images across email content at scale for customers.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Responsible for development and architecture of complex UI features for Content Builder - the one-stop-shop product that powers all the content for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.(Email and Mobile Channels).
Contributed several features to help architect and deliver Content Sharing (an important feature to enable maximum and efficient reuse of content).
Responsible for several product enhancements, optimizations and maintaining code quality through unit tests and end-to-end automation tests.
Involved in architecture and design of new editing experience for mobile marketing channels using Lightning Design System. Helped the team in transitioning to React-Redux frontend framework from Backbone.Js for this new app that was built from scratch.
Helped migrate the Content Builder application to Docker and K8s and created templates for automated Content Builder deployments.
Helped engineer the UI for Sitecore CMS Integration with Content Builder.
Re-engineered the Dynamic content flow to create more scalable, flexible and personalized emails.

Single Page Ecommerce Checkout Funnel
Executed the complete redesign and re-architecture of the TrackR Ecommerce Checkout funnel as a single page web application using React, Redux, Webpack and ES6 paradigm.
The project was developed with heavy emphasis on clean, reusable code with performance and simplicity in mind.
Heroku to Amazon Web Services Migration
Responsible for execution and successful launch of a 4 week intensive project to move TrackR’s current ecommerce website infrastrucure from Heroku to Amazon Web Services.
The project was initiated to improve website scalability, reliability, security and performance for growing web traffic.The project will result in savings of $50,000 in server and infrastructure costs for the website.
The newly implemented Amazon Web services stack includes Amazon Elastic Beanstalk with in-built Elastic Load Balancing and Auto Scaling, Amazon RDS Databases, New Relic Performance Monitoring, Route 53 DNS, Amazon SSL Certificate Manager and Redis Cache, Amazon S3.
Alexa Find My Phone Skill by Trackr
The skill allows a user to issue voice commands to Amazon Echo to ring their misplaced phone and track its location using Trackr’s IOS and Android Mobile App.
The project involved working in a cross functional team with members from IOS and Android team. I was responsible for singlehandedly developing the entire Alexa skill functionality using Javacript ES6, Amazon Lambda and Alexa Skills kit development portal.
The Alexa skill was featured on product hunt, gained a lot of traction from Amazon and received tonnes of cool press.
