Contributed to the design and implementation of a net-new cloud-native monitoring service, built from the ground up to offload device monitoring from core ServiceNow instances.

Architected and scaled a real-time metrics platform monitoring 500K+ enterprise devices, enabling continuous heartbeat, health visibility, and remote IT remediation.

Designed streaming pipelines where agents push metrics every 5 minutes or daily, flowing from local MySQL → Apache Flink → centralized Metrics DB with 30-day retention.

Built fault-tolerant, event-driven services to process, aggregate, and store high-volume metrics reliably at scale.

Technical Product Owner:

Currently working on payments platform team at eBay.

My role includes working with different stakeholders to create impactful products that helps in driving GMV for eBay.

Leading the product end to end in distributed micro services world, designing, architecting and developing highly efficient and scalable solutions for payments and checkout at eBay that defines amazing checkout experiences for users.

Planning, Scoping, Scheduling, Creating and managing PRD's and ERD's, Experimentation and finally developing and launching products that aligns with company GMV goals.

Staff Software Engineer:

Working on distributed systems creating micro services with highly scalable interfaces and restful api’s for better integration with different services and clients internal to eBay as well external clients and majorly for real users on Ebay trying to checkout carts. With scale of more than 200m calls per day and more than 10M checkouts per day and 36 clients my role includes developing and maintaining new features for better customer experience. My major role includes coding, testing, designing, and create scalable architecture for the product and services.

Currently working in Checkout Platform Team for eBay inc. This platform team has high visibility within the company as it is core critical component which orchestrates all the other underlying services like payments, orders, shopping cart, tax etc and stores/processes all the information for the Front End to display. My job task involve designing, analyzing, debugging ,development for new features. Currently Working on some cool projects with high volume of transactions happening daily on checkout page.

Led the development of a revolutionary jewelry and accessories e-commerce platform, enabling customers to personalize designs and order custom-made products delivered within 15 days worldwide. Established partnerships with key industry players to streamline supply chain and fulfillment operations.

Spearheaded the project from concept to launch, focusing on optimizing website design, reducing friction for a seamless user experience, and implementing a faster checkout process to enhance customer confidence and loyalty. Developed a multi-year strategic plan and secured funding from prominent industry leaders.
