My work consisted of identifying areas in the current Airbnb payout and reconciliation process that would further streamline a host's user experience. Additionally, I completed comprehensive research on Airbnb's direct competitors and payment industry to determine the current standard for host payment onboarding.

Additionally, I developed a secure role access control system restricting financial data access based on a user's given role. Originally, the platform only had one default user role (Admin), but the role access control system allowed for me to engineer four new user roles (Investor, Banker, Full, Lite).
