I have built my career working in industries where accuracy, scale, and trust are non-negotiable. In financial services, I have supported platforms used by institutional clients, asset managers, and trading teams to manage investments, liquidity, and real time trade workflows.

Over the past few years, I have contributed to BNY Mellon’s Digital Assets Platform, supporting institutional adoption of tokenized real world assets through integrations with leading platforms, liquidity products, and major funds. My work focused on building and enhancing backend services that supported subscription, redemption, fund data management, and transaction flows for tokenized investment products, including solutions tied to BlackRock’s tokenized Treasury fund.
Along with core banking and digital asset workflows, this gave me exposure to trading aligned platforms where accuracy, speed, and transparency were critical. I worked on services that helped manage investment movements, trade related data flows, portfolio level updates, and event driven processing between traditional financial systems and blockchain networks. The platform had to support near real time data exchange, reliable transaction processing, and strong audit trails so institutional clients and operations teams could track asset activity with confidence.
A key part of the work was bridging traditional liquidity and investment portals with blockchain based infrastructure, enabling on chain broadcasting of fund accounting data while preserving regulatory compliance, operational controls, and official recordkeeping. This required careful handling of financial data, secure integrations, and resilient service design to maintain consistency across distributed systems.
Overall, the project strengthened my experience across financial platforms involving investments, liquidity management, digital assets, and trading related workflows. It also gave me solid exposure to building institutional grade systems in a highly regulated environment where reliability, performance, traceability, and risk awareness are essential.

At Best Buy, I played a key role in developing and enhancing the membership ecosystem, from the nationwide launch of Totaltech in 2021 through its evolution into the tiered My Best Buy Memberships in 2023. My work focused on building scalable digital experiences for millions of customers across web and mobile platforms, including secure account management, personalized benefit tracking, exclusive member pricing, renewal workflows, and seamless access to services such as protection plans, tech support, and delivery benefits.
Beyond the customer facing experience, I worked across core retail systems that supported omnichannel operations and member engagement. This included integrations with CRM platforms to improve customer visibility and targeted experiences, AEM driven content delivery for consistent digital journeys, and point of sale aligned services to ensure membership benefits and pricing were applied accurately during checkout. I also supported workflows connected to warehouse and order management systems so that fulfillment, inventory visibility, and service entitlements stayed aligned with the membership experience.
The work involved close collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams, including proof of concept initiatives to validate new features and improve rollout confidence. My contributions helped strengthen customer loyalty, recurring revenue, and operational efficiency by delivering reliable, user friendly solutions across Best Buy’s broader retail and digital commerce ecosystem.
