I worked on the QR  Product Tracking Solution at Mountville Mills INC.

The goal of the QR code product tracking solution was to help the company cut the order to shipment time by almost half. Keeping this goal in mind the application currently generates  unique labels dynamically  after scanning  work order reports which are obtained from Microsoft Dynamics AX . On an average the company produces 7000 mats a day and using this application they can now track all these mats and increases inventory accuracy

The additional features of this application is that it allows the supervisors to configure and control  vital information which affect production of these mats and a customer facing interface which helps the end users of the mat can also obtain information such as the manufacture date of the mat just by scanning a QR code.

My Responsibilities:

=> Responsible for the Context level,Data Flow and the general design for the QR  Product Tracking Solution using agile methodology
=> Carried out all the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) in this project
