# Sai Vishnu Anudeep Kadiyala > Tech Lead & Software Engineer @ NeoVista Equities Location: Albany, New York, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/saivishnuanudeepkadiyala I’m a full-stack software engineer and Tech Lead at NeoVista Equities, where I lead an engineering team and work closely with multiple business units to design, build, and scale internal and customer-facing platforms. In my role, I’m responsible for key technical decisions—defining architecture, setting engineering standards, reviewing critical code, and ensuring our solutions align with long-term product and business strategy. I enjoy owning initiatives end-to-end, from shaping requirements with stakeholders to delivering reliable, maintainable systems in production. I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science at the University at Albany, SUNY, graduating with a strong academic foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and web technologies. During my time at UAlbany, I was actively involved in student life—not only as a graduate student and teaching/mentoring resource, but also as Vice President of the International Student Organization (ISO), where I helped support international students, organize events, and contribute to building a stronger campus community for students living abroad. Outside of my full-time role, I’m a builder at heart. I work on side projects that explore SaaS ideas, automation, and developer tools, and I run a YouTube channel where I host podcasts and create content around fitness, lifestyle, and soon, technology as well. These projects keep me close to real users, sharpen my product sense, and let me experiment with new technologies and storytelling formats.
