Leading design for Moveworks’ agentic AI assistant to strengthen trust, usability, and adoption. Drove the transformation from an NLU-based product to a generative AI platform now serving 5M+ users, with initiatives spanning multi-plugin orchestration, reasoning transparency, unified citations, seamless hand-offs, and display frameworks.

Worked with a team of designers, engineers and MIT researchers at Dynamicland to research, future caste, conceptualize, design, prototype, test and deliver educational tools with innovative interactions for children, with emerging technology that augments reality.

Dynamicland is a research lab that is inventing a new computational medium where people work together with real objects in the real world, not alone with virtual objects on screens.

Assisted Professor Erin Malone in teaching, grading, and mentoring 2nd year undergraduate Interaction Design students for an advanced Systems course. The course introduced students to different ways of visualizing complex systems that enabled them to identify opportunities and design solutions.

Conducted quantitative research, in-depth interviews, observation studies, co-creation workshops and usability studies in rural Maharashtra, India, to develop communication to help educate the people about the benefits of family planning.

This was a part of my thesis project during my Master's at the National Institute of Design, which was funded by the Ford Foundation India.

Designed educational games for mobile, tablet and physical play, through rapid prototyping and user-testing, for low income students going to government schools in Madhya Pradesh, India.
