Graduate Teaching Assistant for course CS 4400: Introduction to Database Systems for Spring 2020 and Fall 2020 semesters. I help the class of around 200 students with coursework that covers fundamental concepts necessary for the design and use of modern database systems in today’s large scale enterprise applications. Technologies : SQL and MySQL

◦ Enhanced the user experience of MATLAB Grader, a browser-based authoring environment for creating and sharing MATLAB coding problems and assessments, by making it easier to add assessments. Replaced the earlier manually written assessment tests with new form-based UI assessments tests. The solution autodetects important fields from the reference given and pre-fills the form. Also wrote Unit as well as GUI integration test cases.

◦ Contributed in developing an analytics dashboard in React and D3.js to showcase an overview of the course data in the 8 hours long Hackathon conducted across all departments at MathWorks.

◦ I actively followed the Agile Software Development Lifecycle throughout the project with bi-weekly sprints in a team size of over 10. Some of the sprint ceremonies included backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint demo, and retrospectives.
