In addition to leading the Web Infra team, I founded the GAINS Program (Grow And Improve New Skills), a biannual program for junior & mid-level developers to take on projects outside their perceived scope of ability. The program aims to build confidence, enable technical advancement, and advise participants how to own a project from start to finish.
