•Drive and maintain enterprise-level application lifecycle compliance across 650 stakeholder-owned
products by partnering monthly with application owners and leveraging automated Python scripts,
Tableau, ServiceNow, and Excel pivot tables to generate governance reports, identify compliance gaps,
translate requirements into actionable insights, and optimize lifecycle management processes.
•Deliver product and platform enhancements by providing actionable insights into API lifecycle
management—including production, security, and consumption—to improve developer experience and
ecosystem scalability
•Shape product architecture strategy by collaborating with engineering to integrate application
architectural recommendations into technical and business planning cycles, ensuring systems were
scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards
•Facilitate global collaboration across APAC teams and EMEA vendors, managing asynchronous
workflows and communication to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with international
stakeholder expectations
