I am an original designer of the system, and have since built out and scaled the team; I lead direction and strategy for large initiatives, which include a Brand-wide redesign and the incorporation of discover.com. Built out new components, layouts, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and reduce arbitrary uniqueness across the pre-authenticated capitalone.com experience. ### Product Designer @ BuildingConnected Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 | San Francisco, CA I was a part of BuildingConnected’s network team, where I designed solutions to help strengthen the network of users, learn more about users so that we could improve our recommendations, and ensure users could find who they’re looking for. ### UI & Visual Designer, Senior Associate @ Capital One Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area I created pixel-perfect solutions with the overarching goal of building a comprehensive design system that’s a simple, human, and genuine experiences for users. Collaborated closely with fellow UI and UX designers, content strategists, product, and engineering; worked across different teams amongst internal stakeholders to build a cohesive site experience on capitalone.com. I was focused on redesigning capitalone.com's homepage and navigation, with the larger goal of building templates for a cohesive experience throughout the site.
