1. AI-powered product design: Led the integration of generative AI into Test Management, enhancing workflows and improving adoption from 6.8% to 65% (freemium) and 4% to 37% (paid), by closely partnering with PMs, engineers, and GTM teams.
2. User onboarding transformation: Redesigned onboarding flows across key BrowserStack products, improving user retention from 4% to 25% through customer journey mapping, feedback loops, and simplified UX.
3. New product from 0→1: Spearheaded end-to-end design for a new Test Management product—from discovery to GA in just 4 months. Contributed to $1.8M in first-year revenue and recognition as a G2 “Leader” in Winter 2024.
4. Shaping the roadmap with design: Collaborated with 6 PMs and engineering leads to influence product direction using UX research, user data, and feedback synthesis—resulting in roadmap shifts that addressed core pain points and improved activation.
5. Design system leadership: Scaled BrowserStack’s design system across 12+ teams. Led quarterly planning, backlog grooming, design QA, and release coordination. Introduced scalable review processes and onboarding for faster adoption and consistency.
