Lead a team of 6 designers. Lead design for Ladder’s core funnel, driving measurable lifts in acquisition, activation, and payment success.

• +4% funnel conversion and ~50% fewer payment failures via checkout redesign and high-velocity experiment cadence.

• Manage and coach designers, raising craft bar and throughput with design quality gates, critique processes, and reviews.

• Partner with PM, Eng, and Data Science leads to align strategy, improve execution speed, and embed experimentation into product culture.

• Expanded customer research as a core function from strategy to iteration, informing roadmap decisions and increasing design’s business impact.

At 99designs, I designed core platform experiences for Clients, Designers, and internal teams. I was involved with the end-to-end design process from strategy to launch. It was an amazing experience getting to work with cross-functional teams from both Melbourne and Oakland.
