• Redesigned and rebuilt a fragile file aggregation system from the ground up, replacing an unreliable SFTP + cron-based workflow with a scalable solution using Google Cloud Storage and isolated per-customer processing, which improved job success rate from ~50% to near 100%.
• Designed and built scalable backend infrastructure to power a real-time scheduling service used by clinics and hospitals which directly contributed to the acquisition of 4 new customers.
• Developed and maintained RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Express, operating in a high-compliance, high-availability environment with support for industry-standard data exchange protocols.
• Led backend development of an automation suite, delivering resilient job workflows for tasks such as appointment check-ins, file ingestion, and structured data entry, maintaining a 98%+ success rate over 12+ months.

Implemented 5 new features in Rithm's Django-based Student Information System (SIS)
• Protected sensitive student information by implementing the Python Cryptography library to encrypt data entering the Outcomes model and decrypt the data when it is presented in the viewset.
• Added "Jump to today" UI button in Django templates that allows users to quickly navigate to the most recent lecture or event.
• Added anchor links to allow administrators of SIS to quickly link upcoming lectures / activities for team review
• Extracted information from Django models and viewsets to display the number of cohorts each instructor has taught
