Worked on Apttus's AI virtual assistant, Max where I designed and developed a multi-tenant platform using Typescript,Node.js with MongoDB and Redis on the Microsoft Azure cloud.

I worked on building a distributed architecture for Apttus Max which allowed scaling the application to support thousands of concurrent users. I also developed a conversation flow engine and APIs to support conversation building by the Apttus CaaS (Conversation as a service) team.

I also identified and resolved numerous bottlenecks in the applications by integrating with Azure AppInsights to pinpoint bottlenecks and track failed requests and exceptions. I improved response times for Max bot from over 20 seconds to under 3 seconds.
