I redesigned and reimplemented the DNA assembly tool to enable researchers to build DNA constructs and automatically generate primers for the assemblies. I was primarily responsible for creating and implementing the skeleton, GUI, and game environment.

Under supevision of my PI and mentor, I investigated the effects of AP2-binding deficient and truncated enhanced visual arrestins on rhodopsin binding in hopes of developing a cure for night blindness.
