Recently, I have been exploring conversational interfaces and how they fit into the future of tech through intensive user research and prototyping. ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Apartment List Jan 2021 – Present | United States • Led design and research for the New Products team, driving innovation in AI-powered apartment search (sunny.com) and leading a comprehensive redesign of Apartment List’s core product (Moonshot). • Defined and evolved the brand’s visual language, motion, and design guidelines, establishing standards for illustration and iconography while bridging product and marketing for a cohesive brand experience. • Led accessibility efforts as the DEI Accessibility Council's lead designer, ensuring products meet ADA compliance standards. • Represented HomeBridge as the Bay Area ambassador, coordinating volunteer initiatives and community engagement. ### Freelance Artist + Illustrator @ Sammi Mach Jan 2007 – Present | San Francisco, California, United States • Design and create illustrations, graphics, flyers, posters, and promotional materials for local events and businesses including: Off-Broadway production, TGW’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream as well as menus and promotional advertisements for local restaurant Just Pho and More. • Redesign the International Community School’s main website and created a student portal with a content management system with different levels of user access using Joomla, Dreamweaver, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. ### Senior Product Designer @ JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jan 2017 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco, California, United States • Lead design in new features that integrate into the Chase design ecosystem from the ground up, including conversational interfaces and its emotional and ethical aspects. • Lead visual, interaction, and motion design work for rebranding the Chase Digital Assistant. •Successfully launched the Chase Digital Assistant from concept to a shipped product to millions of customers in 2020. • Advocating for accessible design and research in current and future projects. ### UX/UI Designer @ Deloitte Innovation Lab Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Atlanta, GA • Lead user experience research for multiple products in the innovation lab. Delivering insights that lead to demonstrable business value, and evangelizing user research in the products’ development. • Produce low/high fidelity wireframes, workflows, style guides, and clickable prototypes for mobile and web platforms.
