Mobile App - Library and Audiobook Feature
- Collaborated with the founder, senior designer, and front-end software engineer in daily standups/ design sessions to create a library + audiobook feature
- Researched 2 competitor library apps (Libby, Apple Books) and utilized Figma to create 4-5 wireframes for key screens
- Experimented with various UI components (gradients, font sizes, button styles), ensuring each design aligned with the app’s original vision and branding
- Partnered with the senior designer to review each wireframe idea, continuously iterated the design based on the team’s feedback, and prepared the final design for Testflight engineering/development
- Evaluated all proposed user flow designs and considered the pros and cons of each option, enabling the team to pinpoint features for the app’s product roadmap strategy

Website Landing Page
- Gathered and translated stakeholder requirements into 2 desktop/mobile prototypes, ensuring each design was optimized for users to quickly consume information and for high click-through rates
- Continuously iterated the website’s UI (color, font, graphics, content blocks, buttons) based on stakeholder feedback

- Designed and shipped the organization’s first fully-developed website comprised of 3 main components, which included a landing page, a form to collect leads, and static pages like resources/FAQ portal
- Assessed the company’s original website design and pivoted to a new design that had fewer bugs, a better user experience, and an expedited launch timeline
- Researched 2 competitor websites, ideated potential redesigns, gathered feedback from the team, iterated 3 rounds of wireframes/prototypes using Figma, and presented the final redesign to the founder
- Collaborated with a Webflow designer to actualize the final redesign, its proposed UI/UX with the 3rd-party integrations
- Introduced a Jotform and Monday.com integration to help the founder efficiently collect leads, manage customer information, track project statuses, and automate workflows

- Defined 2 gig worker personas, created 3 MVP user flows, allowing gig workers to easily & efficiently find/ accept gigs
- Conducted 15 customer surveys and 3 gig worker interviews to collect user feedback, enabling the design team to iterate and create a user-centric mobile app
