As an associate project manager, I am responsible for supporting Project Managers by coordinating tasks, assisting with project planning, facilitating team communication, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to risk management and reporting.

• Collaborating with Toyota Mobility Foundation to enhance logistics for food pantries and improve surplus food redistribution.

• Conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and field observations to identify logistical pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Designing an interlinked inventory-sharing platform featuring real-time dashboards and request systems to streamline food redistribution.

• Coordinated with cross-functional teams to rebrand the company to design a compelling brand identity, style guide and design system that significantly bolstered the rapport with the target users.

• Designed the company’s website by soliciting feedback from stakeholders through multiple design reviews that greatly empowered the company to educate the users about the product.
