• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs in Python for the cOS virtual CMTS (vCMTS) platform
• Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and internal tools to automate testing and deployment of microservices
• Manage and orchestrate containerized infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster operations, Calico CNI networking, etcd tuning, and CPU/memory resource optimization for high availability (HA) and scalability
• Use DRBD and Pacemaker to replicate and manage HA storage across physical test environments
• Configure and maintain lab infrastructure to mirror real-world production environments, including physical network switch maintenance, storage tuning, and compute allocation
• Perform manual QA testing, log analysis, and defect resolution to ensure reliable software release
• Partner with QA/Platform/SRE across time zones; drive root-cause analyses and ship fixes for high-impact incidents
• Active member of AI leadership team, evaluating emerging AI tools for R&D using statistical methods, MCPs, RAG databases, and custom tool integrations
