• Built a bulk import tool in React to handle large email datasets, making uploads easier and faster for users.
• Added optimistic locking to backend controllers to prevent data conflicts when multiple users update records.
• Helped set up a shared component library, so the team could reuse UI pieces instead of rebuilding them from scratch.
