Across both products, I owned product strategy, UX, AI integration, development, and go-to-market execution, operating hands-on from zero to launch under real-world constraints around safety, performance, cost, and scalability.

I owned the product roadmap across ordering, payments, inventory, supplier workflows, and labor optimization, and led the development of forecasting and analytics capabilities that improved engagement and operational efficiency. The platform supported data-driven decision-making for restaurant operators through integrated reporting and reliable, multi-tenant infrastructure.
