Shipped features to empower frontline workers with comms-first productivity and workflow solutions in Microsoft Teams. Some of these efforts included managing the development of tagging by active shift, 2x-ing tag usage with growth experiments, analyzing monetization efforts, and managing metric dashboards.

Untangled the gnarly problem of "What happens in Teams when a student posts something other students shouldn't see?" I interviewed teachers, created competitive analyses, and built consensus on priorities among across 6 different teams to drive moderation features expected to scale to 1M MAU.
