Led the design of At Your Service, eStore, Cisco Directory, Cisco Employee Connections applications by creating product concepts, researches, user flows, wireframes, and visual design for features of the employee experience.

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users with variety of backgrounds

• Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant

• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams

• Give and solicit feedback from other designers and users in order to continually raise bar for quality

• Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

Led the design of Cisco IT tool, InTouch, to collect and manage the Cisco enterprise application feedbacks, and to provide IT management the 360-degree of the application usages and feedback.

• Leading work on system architecture, user flows and interactions for set-top-box, mobile and tablet products.

• Leading prototyping activities (most used tools : Sketch, InVision, Principle, Proto.io, Keynote, paper).

• Leading UX research activities, including usability testing.

• Creating and managing design specifications for multi-device experiences.

• Acting as an UX expert and facilitator internally and with our clients at every step of the design & production process.

• Continuously challenging and improving our design process.
