Led design and implementation for large-scale seismic data acquisition system to operate a million wireless sensor devices and harvest 80 TB of data per day. Helped build system for monitoring live survey and processing of streaming seismic data in real time which supported automatic infield issues detection and real-time alert notifications.
Led development of application on rugged mobile devices for managing O&G wireless sensors used in the survey using satellite internet and GPS. Coordinated work between multiple teams in different time zones.
Led implementation of data analytics for oil and gas drilling operations, detecting operational anomalies, prediction of downtime, pattern detection, aimed at reducing drilling and operation costs, improving efficiency and productive time. Helped create 3D spatial data display to help analyze drilling operations.
Worked with HP Labs in Palo Alto and led the implementation of the platform that helped analyze live textual data in near-real-time, via feeds such as Twitter, Facebook, Trip Advisor, and similar sites.
Led implementation of an early version of HP ePrint that lets users email the document directly to printers to be printed remotely.
An early adopter of MS.NET, among the first few batches to get MCSD.NET certified. Developed mobile applications.
