(1) Designed and implemented breast density calculation software for quantitative ultrasound transmission imaging modality using unsupervised machine learning algorithm (Fuzzy C-Means).
(2) Participated in the optimization of ultrasound transmission (Inverse scattering) and reflection (ray tracing) image reconstruction algorithm.
(3) Implemented functionalities on the QT scanner to allow the technician to view and analyze the DICOM images reprocess it using different processing scheme.
(4) Designed and implemented segmentation and image processing features in DICOM medical image viewer using VTK/ITK/QT/C++/CMAKE.
(5) Implemented live b-mode ultrasound scout scan prototype
(6) Successfully ported all the C/C++ software and device drivers from Ubuntu14.04 to Ubuntu18.04
(7) Participated in a project to build a framework to process a batch of image reconstruction tasks in AWS cloud.
