I'm a user researcher and service designer with a multidisciplinary background in computer science, business systems, health informatics, and human-computer interaction. 

I study how people navigate complex systems and how we can design better devices and services by understanding behavior, cognition, and workflows. I use mixed methods research and human factors principles to uncover patterns, surface pain points, and inform product and service decisions. I enjoy connecting the dots between people and technology, turning messy problems into thoughtful experiences.
