Designed and implemented a flexible, scalable serving system for machine learning models, providing a common interface for traps, lab tools, mobile applications and web applications to request results from different multi-layered algorithms with support for multiple libraries
Worked on firmware for a real-time IoT mosquito trap, capable of waking itself up for scheduled iterations using an RTC, communicating with a REST service via a GSM/GPRS module, and upgrading its own software with cloud updates
Contributed to the full-stack development of a web dashboard to aggregate images and environmental data sent from mosquito traps
Developed an android application to facilitate data gathering for a research study, which sent captured images to classification algorithms and organized data for analysis
Built a serverless backend system in AWS to streamline database development and reduce human error

Designed a creation flow for the Live Paper Web Portal using EmberJS to allow multiple pieces of content to be embedded into the same image.
