Mission: Increase the take-home pay of hourly workers (HSA, FSA, DCFSA, commuter). I led strategies for revenue & enabling reimbursements. Managed 1 PM.

GPFSAs-for-all: Increased attach rate in a healthcare benefit from 73% to 100%.

Instant reimbursement: Experiments in machine learning, contract pre-substantiation, lifecycle marketing, and multichannel receipt ingestion. Detected an additional 13% in eligible transactions QoQ. Reduced forfeited funds by 17% YoY. Reduced claim submission → approval time from 9 days to 1 day.

As Good Money's second product manager, I had a hand in just about everything in our AML/KYC, money movement, internal tools, and data tech stack.

0-1: Led go-to-market for app launch. $1M+ revenue-generating transactions in the first 3 months of public launch.

Good Money Shares: Owned equity value prop. Created and launched a variable high-yield program, up to 8% back in Good Money shares. 20% of all active customers made 10+ purchases/month. Evaluated Reg A+ vs Reg CF offerings.

Product culture: Piloted business case development for end-to-end product lifecycle as we grew to a team of 5 product managers. Evaluated P&L and unit economics for every business case and PRD. Defined KPIs for customer journey and user behavior metrics with operations, finance, and data science. Enabled PDE teams of 10~20 to be outcomes-oriented and self-managing. Responsible for creating and delivering on team OKRs.
