I was part of the small (but mighty!) product design team working on products that help create financial opportunities for all.

I focused on launching Kiva’s first partnership product, enabling corporations to drive employee goodwill, build brand equity, and celebrate their impact with Kiva.

I built and led a team of designers crafting experiences for DocuSign's platform tools.

DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a product that helps enterprises manage and automate their agreement processes. I led the design efforts for Document Generation and User Permissions.

I also was the design partner in a 8-month-long visioning project for DocuSign Administrators where I worked with a Product and Research partner to establish an organization-wide northstar for teams to align around.

On the Job Search and Discovery team, I was focused on defining the best experience for job seekers worldwide. Alongside those initiatives, I also led the design efforts for the Global Navigation and Job Seeker Help Center. I worked with a cross-functional team, distributed across Austin, Tokyo, Seattle, and San Francisco.

Indeed Hire is an end-to-end recruiting solution for employers that leverages Indeed's data to place candidates. My role focused on products that helped our team of internal recruiters place candidates for their employer partners. Some key initiatives I led were an employer onboarding flow, a candidate scheduling system, and an applicant tracking dashboard.

Signpost is a startup that builds an automated marketing platform for small-to-medium sized businesses. As the first and only UX designer, I wore multiple hats. I conducted user research sessions, established our first design system, and participated in product strategy discussions. Some key initiatives I led were a performance insights dashboard, an email/text campaigns manager, a customer manager, and an onboarding wizard.

Aurnhammer is a small digital agency specializing in mobile development. While there, I was responsible for the Planet Fitness and Axwell & Ingrosso iOS and Android experiences.
