I enjoy balancing systems-level thinking with the nitty-gritty details. Over the years, I’ve developed the mindset that good, life-bettering technology starts with a user-first company culture. I focused on launching Kiva’s first partnership product, enabling corporations to drive employee goodwill, build brand equity, and celebrate their impact with Kiva. ### Product Design Manager @ DocuSign Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 | Seattle, Washington, United States I built and led a team of designers crafting experiences for DocuSign's platform tools. ### Senior Product Designer @ DocuSign Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Chicago, Illinois, United States DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a product that helps enterprises manage and automate their agreement processes. I led the design efforts for Document Generation and User Permissions. Alongside those initiatives, I also led the design efforts for the Global Navigation and Job Seeker Help Center. I worked with a cross-functional team, distributed across Austin, Tokyo, Seattle, and San Francisco. ### UX Designer, Hire @ Indeed.com Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | Austin, Texas Indeed Hire is an end-to-end recruiting solution for employers that leverages Indeed's data to place candidates. My role focused on products that helped our team of internal recruiters place candidates for their employer partners. Some key initiatives I led were an employer onboarding flow, a candidate scheduling system, and an applicant tracking dashboard. ### UX Designer @ Signpost Jan 2014 – Jan 2017 | New York Signpost is a startup that builds an automated marketing platform for small-to-medium sized businesses. As the first and only UX designer, I wore multiple hats. I conducted user research sessions, established our first design system, and participated in product strategy discussions.
