• Drove cross-functional collaboration to integrate feedback into key product touch points. Increased purchases by 1.68% for top-rated sellers and feedback quality from buyers-to-sellers by 2%
• Authored an AI Playbook to streamline design workflows, introducing best practices with the goal to streamline tasks and save designers time
•Designed a brand new post-transaction experience for Parts & Accessories installations in Germany. The goal is to ease the returns and refunds for buyers and sellers

• Led the international launch of feedback in a seller’s store for web and native platforms
• Led the end-to-end design of images added to a buyer's feedback increasing customer satisfaction (buyers CSAT) when viewing items
• Designed a native proactive refund feature, empowering sellers to issue refunds preemptively and reducing customer support complaints

• Led the design and user research of a feature, which informs users about their monthly credit changes. The impact was an additional $55K in monthly revenue
