At PayPal, I led a 24-person design team supporting over 30 million SMB merchants and 350 million consumers around the world. Proudly led a UX driven redesign effort to rebrand PayPal's core Checkout product. My role was part strategist, part coach, and part storyteller, driving clarity and UX advocacy across a highly matrixed organization.
