In March 2021, Roofstock acquired Stessa and formed Roofstock Owner Services. Roofstock Owner Services is focused on delivering a self-service SaaS solution to help individual investors manage, transact, and optimize their real estate assets.

Led UI/UX design strategy for a platform serving 235K+ users and $123B in assets. Built a company-wide design system and modernized the user experience. Collaborated with engineering to deliver end-to-end designs across web, iOS, and Android. Conducted qualitative interviews, user research and testing, creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes to simplify complex real-estate workflows and improve usability.

Stessa gives the millions of real estate investors with single-family rentals, multifamily buildings, and short-term rentals a powerful new way to track, manage, and report on the performance of their real estate assets. Property owners can now see all their key metrics in one place with a visual dashboard, automate their income and expense tracking, organize all types of real estate documents, and save time with tax-ready financial reports. And best of all, Stessa is FREE for individual investors!

Stessa was founded in 2016 and acquired by JLL in 2018. Stessa joined forces with Roofstock in 2021.

Led the full redesign of web and mobile applications, leveraging user research and interviews to inform user-centric design decisions. Collaborated with the design team to develop and implement a comprehensive design library. Managed design projects across web, ensuring consistency and high-quality visuals.

Designed and delivered end-to-end UX for RealScout’s responsive web applications, creating the full homebuyer search and agent-client experience. Built responsive solutions across web and iPad, and developed data-rich interfaces including complex flows, search UIs, and visualizations.
