The Accompaniment Project empowers communities with accompaniment resources, experiences, and thought leadership. The Accompaniment Project is based on an insight from the Synod in 2022: when people face challenges in their faith and they are accompanied by someone who listens, they are able to persevere in their search for wisdom and meaning. Methods and norms are drawn from management & leadership trainings, ethnographic research from the Stanford d.school, and risk management principles from wilderness medicine at NOLS.

I owned and led product for a patient-provider matching service for young women in college, including setting product and design strategy, leading design workshops, managing a designer and team of engineers, drafting product roadmaps, consulting on marketing strategy, developing partnerships with colleges, and preparing for SOC2 security compliance.

I manage the ADHOC product line, which is an online community & research study for individuals living with chronic diseases. We build secure online surveys and software to test interventions relating to mental health & wellbeing, behavioral health, social isolation, education, and quality of health care. This is a collaborative research endeavor with pharmaceutical GlaxoSmithKline.

Umbrella organization Mazonson & Santas, Inc delivers actionable analysis of securely stored protected health information, improving healthcare experience for patients, providers, employers, and life science organizations. ADHOC is the youngest of M&S's three product lines.

Research, design, development, and new product introduction for 3 novel devices for knee surgery. Contributed to 2 patents, product concept direction, and detailed implementation by closely collaborating with designers, machinists, surgeons, marketing, suppliers, and regulatory.

Ceterix Orthopaedics was acquired by Smith & Nephew.
