Barre3 hired me to lead the redesign of their entire website, including an online workouts subscription service, a retail shop, and a blog. After the launch, I developed new subscription products and features and refined the user experience across their digital platform.

My responsibilities included:

• Conceptualizing and developing new products and features

• Wireframing, prototyping, and designing responsive web content

• Leading front-end and collaborating with back-end developers

• Conducting user interviews and running surveys and CRO tests

• Leading art direction and styling of photo and video shoots

• Managing junior designers and developers, and supervising projects with contractors

I started out with eLocal as an intern, designing and illustrating infographics. After my internship, I was hired as a web designer, and quickly expanded my role into UX design and front-end development.

My responsibilities included:

• Improving conversion rates on key user funnels

• Creating and maintaining a style guide

• Designing and building web content for the company and its clients

• Creating html email templates

• Managing design-led projects and mentoring interns

• Researching, writing, and designing infographics
