I am a software engineer seeking my next opportunity. I am fluent in multiple JS frameworks and Python, with the majority of my recent experience in ReactJS and MapboxGL. I have a background in research science and healthcare, and I'm interested in working on innovative technical projects.
At Uber I was first part of the Money organization for the year that payments were restructured from weekly button push per city payments to straight through worldwide payments with automated fraud detection. I then joined the Maps organization where I lead an effort to build internal tools that would debug the way that map data and maps services interfaced with one another to solve inconsistencies in routes that Uber presented to drivers and riders.
I helped design and implement the anomaly detection algorithm during my time at Loggly. I also integrated advanced statistics into the product's charting through Elasticsearch. I built on this work by designing and building the statistical and anomaly detection alert features in the product.
I would really like to get back to my biomedical roots in my next role. I am passionate about the accessibility of research and healthcare. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
