Collaborated with PMs, Engineers, and Marketing to design experiences from inception to post-launch. Owned the design process including sketches, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes to effectively communicate interactions and user flows to engineers. Collected and transformed customer feedback into actionable product improvements. Led data-driven A/B tests that resulted in a positive increase in conversion rates (+3% over 1.2M active monthly users).

Worked closely with stakeholders to envision and ship the UI/UX and visual branding for a SaaS B2B tool called Probo.CI. Delivered a successful training program to make it as simple as possible for users to adopt, use, and benefit from J&J enterprise microsite software. Led the initiative to host research sessions to encourage user-centered design practices within the team.
