It was hard to align on any decision with them. So I ended up designing 3 workshops which had an attendance of 20 to 25 people in each. Where we were able to not only align on the OM strategy, but also agree on research, & design goals, and a benchmarks needed for success. At the beginning of the project at Ssense, I raised the question of weather to buy vs. build. I did a huge analysis on what are the possible ERP solutions out there that we can utilize. This research was escalated to upper management. I ended up designing an order management system from scratch. Researched, Designed from scratch a new ERP system Worked on both responsive web and mobile platforms. Was responsible for end to end design including user research, journey mapping, interaction design, & working with customers, stakeholders and developers to bring the designs to live in multiple platforms. ### Office Administrator @ Etobicoke Property Management Jan 2005 – Jan 2007 | Greater Toronto Area Metropolitan Area • Assisted in administrative support to managers and ensured documentation complied • Prepared lease summaries of tenants and monthly tenant analysis for property manager review and approval. • Incharge of collecting fees for 200 condos and depositing the cheques. Half of the tenants have a very bad record of missed payments. After I started working, the payment collection increased by 80%.
