• Defining a statewide training plan for IN.gov by interviewing 20+ webmasters, building personas, and aligning to DOJ and WCAG. Prototype modules and test with 6–10 users. Plan supports a 19-month rollout to upskill 100+ webmasters.

• Improved a hospital client’s service model through field research in ERs, 12+ clinician interviews, and journey mapping. Exposed key gaps that shaped staffing and rollout.

• Increased projected retention by 20% and cut drop-off by 15% by redesigning onboarding, chain switching, and tradin flows of a web3/blockchain - multi-chain asset trading platform using session analytics and task studies.

• Reduced mis-taps on mobile and sped up decisions by applying gesture based interactions on mobile and making fees and royalties explicit on web.

• Shipped faster with fewer UI regressions by building a reusable component set for asset cards, batch actions, and royalty settings with clear accessibility cues.

• Cut search time by 70% in task tests for SAVI.org by reworking IA, navigation, filters, and result summaries and shifting the product direction to be a map based, GIS platform.
