# Sarika Goel > Digital Product Designer @ Ford | Public Speaker | Design Mentor Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/sarikagoel Hey! I'm Sarika. I'm passionate about people, technology, and utilizing blue-sky thinking to find unique ways to bring these two things together. The technical skills I've gained from my engineering background, coupled with the practical experience I've gathered by working with people in a variety of settings are what make me unique, but I'm still working towards becoming the best version of myself. This is why, above all, I value hard work, and a hunger to learn and continually improve. I enjoy working with teams to come up with creative solutions to big challenges that genuinely make a difference. If you're interested, please feel free to reach out; let's grow together! ## Work Experience ### Digital Product Designer @ Ford Motor Company Jan 2024 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area ### Public Speaker @ UX Conferences Jan 2025 – Present UX Y'all | CanUX | Push UX | DesignUp!
