Multidisciplinary product designer who loves tackling messy, complex problems with strategic thinking that balances business goals and user delight. Currently designing streaming experiences, bringing cross-industry experience and 10+ years of entertainment insights from my previous career in film/TV production.
Supported both the Product Design and UX Research departments leading up to the October 2023 launch of newly designed web, app, and TV streaming platforms.
Product Design
・Collaborated with senior designers on 4 project sprints for our DTC products, with a focus on landing pages, optimization of web and TV designs based on UXR findings, and exploring design solutions for future product offerings within our existing design system
・Drafted hi-fidelity concepts, wireframes, and user flow explorations
・Contributed to competitive audits, co-facilitated internal presentations, and prepped and presented design reviews
・Aided with design documentation for handoff to developers
UX Research
・Led a review of nearly 6,000 submissions of open-ended user feedback, synthesized quantitative and qualitative findings, authored recommendations for the company, and designed a long-term, quarter-by-quarter check-in plan
・Conducted usability testing, assisted with writing participant-facing questions, programmed scripts, analyzed raw participant data, and helped define and translate learnings into final reports
Over a decade working on branded content, commercials, films, and TV series for networks and distributors such as HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Amazon Prime, A24, IFC Films, and Apple TV

Oversaw the transformation of scripts and storyboards to filmed footage on the sets of movies, TV shows, commercials, and branded content

Collaborated directly with directors, writers, executive producers, and actors throughout the day to ensure footage was usable

Prepped, translated, and disseminated creative and technical information from top executives to technical on-set crew such as the costume, art, camera, and sound departments

Generated concise daily reports that summarized on-set decisions and tracked project progress for studio networks
