•Led implementations of new features such as Display Ads within Troupe where users can see trip relevant activity ads
•Conducted code reviews to maintain a clean and readable codebase in React with TS, Ruby on Rails, Next.js, and Node.js
•Designed and built API endpoints for clients to create/retrieve LLM outputs to help customers further engage end users
•Monitored, prioritized, and triaged incoming exceptions in various environments via Sentry/Colarogix and resolve any issues accordingly
•Co-developed, launched, and maintained Troupe’s iOS App which was used by >50% of active users within 3 months
•Developed, tested, and maintained features that enabled users to collaborate group trip planning, such as Broadcast
feature where users can notify other users about important trip information and add reactions to the comments
•Implemented an integration with Sendbird enabling users on the same trip to chat with each other in real time
•Created an Email/SMS notification and phone number validation services for users with Twilio REST APIs
•Established an on-boarding process by creating technical documents and helping on-boarding the remote team members
