• Lead global software engineering teams in the development of technology stack components currently used in McAfee Cloud business units, especially in the area of data loss prevention for cloud services

• Encourage innovation and guide global product development teams. Balance long-term and short-term goals and objectives to ensure the platform is scalable to meet current and future needs of customers.

• Ensure sufficient monitoring in production to detect customer issues, identify performance and scale issue proactively, and lead teams to fill these gaps in all phases including architecture, design, coding, and testing.

Key Initiatives I’ve led include:

• Integrating Cloud DLP solution with rest of the McAfee suite of products and released as a new product part of the Secure Access Service Edge.

• Guiding architecture and design changes across the DLP product to reduce AWS operations significantly.

Skyhigh Networks, now a part of McAfee, is a leading Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) that enables enterprises to safely adopt cloud services while meeting their security, compliance, and governance requirements.

In this position, I:

• Led scale and quality enhancements of MVision Cloud on-demand scan (ODS) product for DLP and malware scanning for files, messages, and objects in cloud-based services in addition to object-based services like Salesforce and ServiceNow.

• Built reporting capabilities for MVision Cloud incident management. The reporting feature helped customers and sales teams generate accurate and visually appealing reports. The enhanced reporting led to increased contract renewals by customers.

• Led the development of the IaaS Audit platform in six months, which allowed company to achieve its go-to-market target, enabled the rapid addition of IaaS services, and grew business significantly.

Working on e-discovery product in Search, Anaytics and Review modules using Lucene, Machine Learning, MySQL and Hibernate
