• Global Onboarding Platform for all TikTok Shop Sellers

• Signup, Login, Account Management Experiences
• Onboarding experiences for sellers (including global sellers)
• Shop setup experience (shop design, fulfillment, logistics, product listings setup)
• AI powered recommendations, AI assistant for onboarding & shop setup, real-time AI feedback
(e.g. on document type & quality) to improve funnel conversion, product listing recommendations.

Head of Product - AI & Data Platform
Led quarterly planning, vision, and execution for Data Platform and AI areas as part of the Ethos SLT (Senior Leadership Team).
Directly managed a team of Senior Product Mangers and functionally led the work of a global XFN team of engineering, design, DS, business analysts.
Proposed, got executive buy-in, planned and executed our move to a new data architecture on dbt, Snowflake, & AWS leading to large improvements in data reliability , accuracy, and efficiency (cost, time)
Product lead for building Ethos' Machine Learning Platform leveraging the best of open source (e.g. Feast feature store), partner platform (dbt, Sagemaker) and in-house components. The platform is a key part of Ethos' competitive advantage powering 15+ use cases within ~6 months (predicting ROAS, churn, LTV, lead value etc.)
Product lead for building Ethos' Instant Index Universal Life product from scratch. Co-led the strategy and led the full product definition, partnered closely with insurance and agency partners to ship the new product opening up a new profitable revenue stream for Ethos. The unique experience design and innovations like 'Smart Solve' are the best in the industry, a step level improvement over any other competitive product, and will become the dominant design for IUL experience in the industry.
Standardized bespoke feeds that took linear time for each carrier into a common data feed model that scaled over carrier and agency feeds.

Co-founder & Head of Product for Uber AI solutions (originally: Global Scale Solutions: GSS) - the newest of Uber's ~10 Areas: https://www.uber.com/us/en/ai-solutions/
I pitched, got executive funding, and co-founded the tech team (product, engineering, design) growing it to 35+. I directly manage a global team of Senior Product Managers and functionally manage design and engineering work for our areas. Our team builds flagship apps, services, platforms used across Uber to build better maps, rider & earner experiences, monitor and run our marketplace, and improve our machine learning models.
Product Lead for Internationalization @ Uber. Our team helps the world's largest ride-share network "feel local, everywhere, for everyone". We do this at extreme efficiency through technology and process innovations. Our platform powers and enables all of Uber's mobile and web apps, content, marketing in 48+ languages across Uber's 10000+ cities.
Founder & PM Lead of uLabel: Uber’s Machine Learning Labeling Platform. Built the platform from scratch and grew it to power use cases across Uber. Dramatically improved experimentation velocity, speed to market, and provided $xxx M in imputed value from improved ML models.

Founder and PM lead for Uber Maps Differentiators. Grew the project from incubation to adoption by Uber Rides, Eats, Freight apps in 300+ cities. Resulted in $xx M annualized GB growth, ~50% (!) improvement in drop-off location error, ~20% improvement in fare metrics. Grew cross functional team from 2 to 27+.
Product lead for building the platform foundations for richer, relational Uber Maps. This powers an ecosystem of use cases like Rides, Eats & Deliveries, Parking, Freight that require higher granularity and relations between map features. Led to multiple patents and IP creation for Uber.

Defined the rider experience for Uber's flagship rider app.
Core member of small team that redesigned & shipped the UX for Uber’s flagship Rider app in 2016. The features we shipped defined the dominant design for ride-sharing applications today (up front pricing, up front ETA, modular vehicle selection and trip confirmation views, surfacing machine learned pickup recommendations, on-trip status updates, safety controls)
I defined UX goals, scenarios, user journeys & metrics; led research studies and UX experiments for all phases of the rider experience.
Led a team focussed on product & market research spanning multiple competitive markets (US, India, China, LatAm) leading to strategic product lines.
Mentored and managed designers, researchers and vendors (including international vendors)
Shipped Uber's improved driver rating system
