Staff Software Engineer in VMware Cloud working on multiple initiatives to reduce the Cloud Spend, streamline and optimize the release process

- Ownership: Responsible for the AWS governance process, Cloud Spend Reduction, and optimizations. Total ownership in managing 10+ micro-services with a team of 6 people
- Savings: Unlocked $4M in annual savings by building tools and services for reducing and optimizing Cloud resources
- Responsible for strategy and execution of using Cloud Resources for VMWare Cloud in Commercial and GovCloud.
- Worked across different geo locations to collaborate with teams to deliver the services for VMware Cloud
- Collaborated with Cross-Functional teams and BU's management and technical  team(including senior technical leadership, and VPs) to influence and facilitate alignment of strategy and execution outcomes for the AWS governance process
- Responsible for a complex migration of 80+ production accounts of AWS with zero downtime to a new payer account to save 150 human hours and save $4M worth of credit management
- DevOps: Involved in designing and implementing builds pipeline for product release and improving the  developer productivity by enabling developers to generate and test custom builds
