I currently lead four design teams within TikTok’s Global Ads Monetization org, spanning Brand Ads, Measurement, Ads Privacy, TikTok market scope and Ads Recommendation. In this role, I manage and mentor senior designers, set product and design strategy, and partner closely with product, engineering, data, and business leadership to bring advertising solutions to market at global scale.
Beyond execution, I’ve built and grown a high-performing, world-class design team that consistently ships products enabling TikTok to compete — and win — as a top-tier player in the digital advertising ecosystem.
