With a BS in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, MS in Software Engineering from SJSU, and 3 years of work experience in web and mobile development, I bring a unique blend of technical skills and creativity to every project. Previously worked on the QuickBooks Spend management team, focusing on the AP Automation track. My work involved frontend engineering on QBO BillPay, and integration of AI into AP features:
- Led the Distributed Tracing initiative, enhancing system observability and reducing the average resolution time, significantly improving overall system reliability and performance.
- Developed and integrated advanced AI-driven features for Email Ingestion and Batch Upload of expenses and bills, which escalated AP automation efficiency by 27% and streamlined processing of over 45 million transactions monthly.
- Implemented crucial usability fixes in BillPay, enhancing user experience and facilitating smoother, error-reduced financial transactions for thousands of users.
