As the lead designer at Aktiv Learning, I collaborated closely with stakeholders to build and manage the design department. Beyond product design, I led efforts in marketing design, branding, and the development of promotional materials, playing a key role in shaping Aktiv Learning’s visual identity and user experience. As the cofounder of BeeBack, an augmented reality application that helps merchants connect with consumers, I led all design efforts across web and mobile platforms. I was responsible for shaping BeeBack’s visual identity by creating sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, as well as defining and executing the brand’s look and feel.

In addition to product design, I managed branding and marketing design, creating assets that communicated our vision and resonated with our audience. I conducted user testing to refine the experience and collaborated closely with designers, developers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and engaging platform. My work ensured the design and user experience aligned seamlessly with both user needs and business goals.

At BinaryBros, a full-service digital agency, I collaborated with external teams to enhance their products by conducting user research, improving overall user experiences, and driving increased interaction. My day-to-day work involved designing wireframes and creating high-fidelity interfaces using Sketch and Figma, then translating these designs into code using clients’ preferred front-end languages.

I worked on projects for high-profile clients, including Apple, NursingCE, Google, WildAtHeart, and Stock Streaks, delivering solutions that aligned with their unique goals and brand identities. My role required a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and close collaboration with stakeholders to create impactful and engaging digital experiences.

PayCertify is a payment processing company that became the standard for preventing fraud and chargebacks. At PayCertify, I worked with talented engineers in crafting the new interface and user experience for their consumer platform. Using Sketch and Figma, I created wireframes and high-fidelity designs based on analytics and user research that was collected through multiple sources. I later migrated from the UX team to the UI engineering team to code, conduct tests and present bug fixes and improvements to QA testers and stakeholders. Furthermore, I worked on the Sunflower team in creating the company’s own design system and front-end framework to increase efficiency by 70%.

Evolution Company is a subsidiary and the software division of the Reedy Group. I worked with the Staffax team and oversaw all infrastructure related research and then migrated to the production/front-end development process. I conceptualized and designed user experiences for a wide variety of user stories, improvements, and upgrades. I also gathered and synthesized feedback from consumers and stakeholders that led to more user interaction on finished product.

Gravit is an online design tool that allows designers to collaborate through the browser. At Gravit, I worked with lead development and design team in creating new user interfaces based on customer feedback. I moderated design and development workload based on reported bugs and backlog. I engaged with our user base to gain valuable feedback to improve product usage and interaction. I also conducted user research to further improve and enhance the design product.

OLR is the most widely used resource for residential brokerage firms in NYC. I worked collaboratively with product, engineering and customer support teams to improve overall effectiveness and visual appeal of company products using agile development method. I also crafted and implemented design system to increase overall efficiency and UI components following industry-leading practices.
