I led the naming and branding of GameSnacks that had an overwhelmingly positive response. I led and managed the production of exclusive high quality HTML5 casual games, aka GameSnacks Originals that I implemented onto seven Google products and over 50 external parters. ### UX Designer - Google Cloud Horizon @ Google Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area As part of a horizontal team on Google Cloud, I led UX improvements that supported all products within Google Cloud. Examples of improvments include: user group studies to define CUJs, A/B test that increase product adoption, data studies to improve retention. Simultaneously, I volunteered time on a major update of the The Research Archive, a internal research tool at Google that benefited all of Googlers worldwide. ### Sr. Product Designer @ Yahoo Jan 2013 – Jan 2021 | Sunnyvale I led UX experiments that explored the next generation of search results as part an ambitious in-house project called Index. This required defining queryless search, discovering user needs in hard to reach situations, and incorporating various forms of AI such as predictive tasks, voice-to-text, and image recognition. I arrived around the same time that Marisa Meyer became CEO, which was an exciting time for Yahoo as it meant great UX opportunities to reinvent products that millions used every day. As the Lead UX for Local Search I brought on Yelp, Trip Advisor, Grub Hub and more. On Yahoo Index I explored query-less search, voice UI, AI and ML search results, image recognition on start-up style teams on emergent product concepts. ### Sr. UX Designer Contract @ Yahoo Jan 2012 – Jan 2013 Coming to Yahoo soon after M.
